The hotel was in a great location, easy to walk everywhere but not too busy. The staff where fantastic we arrived at 9pm and was welcomed with a welcome drink, we then found the shower holder was broken rang reception and they fixed it in 10 minutes. Absolutely great service

Great hotel for price paid. Sightseeing and restaurants nearby. If you want to have trips to other cities (Baalbek, Batroun, Byblos,..) ask for Mohammed (Mike), he drives a white Toyota with A/C and is a very capable driver and guide.
