The shower and the breakfast were nice. We also like the location and the view from the hotel. The staff were helpful when they realised the stuff-up.
We booked this hotel for the night of our wedding. We arrived after our wedding party, still in the white dress and everything, only to be told that our booking hadn't gone through, despite us having received a booking receipt from the month before. We were given another room, which was not what we expected. What a way to dampen what should have been the most special night of our life! Would not recommend.

The ladder to the bedroom in the bungalow needs grab rails on both sides and the height of the shower head.

As a family visiting for the first time, here are the issues we encountered at the hotel:
1. The room AC was uncontrollable, and the furnishings were old.
2. The king bed room was too small for our liking.
3. The mattresses were very uncomfortable.
4. The restaurant was situated in an open area in front of the room, allowing smoking, and had a very limited variety of food, which was consistently served cold.
5. The staff was rude and unhelpful.
6. Due to wedding parties, there was noise until 2 am, disrupting our sleep. Consequently, we decided to move to another hotel directly.
