Great atmoshere
They did not hospitalized my on lone payment and made me pay again at the desk .I showed the desk my receipt to no avail .Very frustrating plus they did not give me change I never received my change. If you could address the payment issue, awesome.

An absolutely negative experience. Moreover, the hotel stole money from our card. Literally. We booked a room “with a balcony.” When we arrived and were shown the room, we were absolutely horrified: peeling plaster on the walls; battered, worn-out furniture; a hole at the bottom of the entrance door large enough that not just a mouse or a rat, but a cat or even a small dog could crawl through it. But that wasn’t all. At the bottom of the built-in wall wardrobe there was a huge hole leading into some kind of hidden space behind the cabinet. I shined a flashlight into that hole and saw massive amounts of mouse droppings. Our first instinct was to run away from this miserable, filthy, and unsanitary hotel as fast as possible. However, we were offered another room, the only real difference being that the hole at the bottom of the entrance door was slightly smaller. We immediately informed the hotel that we were canceling our reservation and demanded a refund – the living conditions so vividly advertised in the description and photos on Booking.com were a complete lie. The hotel immediately agreed to cancel everything and refund the booking, but asked us to submit a cancellation request right away. I did so. However, I received no approval of the cancellation that day. I sent two more cancellation requests and reminders over the following two days. Only after the third request did the hotel finally confirm a free cancellation (see photos for proof). And yet, some time later, THE MONEY FROM THE CARD we used for the booking WAS CHARGED BY THE HOTEL – or rather, BRAZENLY STOLEN. After this BLATANT THEFT, the hotel stopped responding both to our messages and to inquiries from Booking.com, which had started its own investigation and just todayreturned us the money stolen by this hotel. Thank you very much, Booking.com! You are very nice and responsible guys! So this is my message to anyone thinking of this hotel as an option::DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS FILTHY, THIEVING PLACE!

Lao style hotel: tiled floors. In the middle of a buzzling street. Plenty eateries nearby, Mekong one block away, temples all around. The pool is nicely placed in the backyard; high-rise buildings around it limit sunshine. Breakfast was sufficient (often Lao breakfasts for Europeans are a bit of a joke).

Wonderful
The location is great, the hotel has a very cute secluded inner yard with a pool and trees. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The staff is helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in front of our room in the evening. Very relaxing atmosphere.
The rooms are a bit shabby, not quite "boutique" as the name of the hotel claims.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Pool area was a peaceful place to relax. Probably one of the best hotels for this price range in town. Clean enough.
Needs upgrades. Our air conditioner was rattling and staff fixed by re-tapping it. Tape used to fix other things in the room. White curtain by window was stained. Needs some TLC

It is a little Oasis in Vientiane. I love the pool just outside your room. Very peaceful hidden area. Close to the night market, great restaurants and the included breakfast was always great. The staff is amazingly helpful and helped with all of my needs from getting transportation to the airport, printing out my visa or anything else I needed help with. This is my second time to stay here and will stay again in the future if I return to Lao.
