The location was a short walk to the night markets. It was nice to cool down at the pool. The only staff member worth mentioning is Anisin at the front desk. He was kind and helpful every time we interacted with him.
My husband and I have been travelling throughout SE ASIA and have to say this is the most unclean place we’ve ever stayed at. It looked like a lot of staff were there, just not working. The pool area was filthy, floors dirty, loungers unclean. Every time someone ate or drank around the pool, dirty plates, bottles, glassware still on the tables. This attracted so many ants!! The garbages in the common area were never emptied. About the staff, all walking around, one young man was actually lying on the pool longer on his phone. The pool was nice to cool off in (after walking around all day in the heat) but you can tell they just loaded it with chlorine because we never witnessed anyone maintaining the area. Our glass shower door came off the hinges and almost smashed, my husband manages to fix it, but we were scared to close it afterwards so when we showered we got the floors soaking wet. The nice thing was we had access to the towels at the end of the hall so we would wipe up the excess and leave the towels my the cabinet. The two nights that we stayed there, our pile of towels remained on the floor. We found it humorous the tv didn’t fit on the table so we used one backpack to level it out to try to watch tv, plugged it in, tv was broken. Like lol. Just remove the damn tv from the room. Free breakfast. After seeing how unkept the place was looked for food elsewhere. They obviously don’t have anyone in charge around here. Aside from Anison the day person at front desk, everyone else were completely useless. There are many places to stay in Vientiane, avoid this one.

Breakfast didn't have much choice for vegetarians (mostly toast and eggs). Location is pretty boring. Not close to anything interesting.

Pleasant
breakfast was free, but dull. Best part was our rooms. Rooms were updated, nice and clean. Bad part was - no elevator. Front lobby was bit dirty and needs a remodel. Never really knew who was the lobby attendant and who was just hanging out. The lobby entry is connected with the restaurant, and always looked cluttered. The location was a bit far from Night Market. About 10-12 minutes to walk to go to the happening part of town to shop or have a meal. But still not a bad location.
Maybe the Lobby could be less cluttered.

the hotel is located at downtown area,so it's easy to take a walk to know vientian. it's good season to relax at pool side.
staff are polite and kind for guests,you can also eat breakfast at opened air dining.

Good pool, great restaurant!
We took a was supposed to be a little nap just before check out at 11 and overslept. The staff knocked on the door at 2pm tyen demanded an extra 200,000 kip for late check out. If they had knocked at 11:30, we could have left no problem. Letting us sleep then charging us soured that could have been a perfect stay.

Very friendly staff, location and good breakfast.
There was a free transfer from the airport included in the price but the property didn't reply to my request on booking.com, I saw they were charging around 10USD and you should request it directly at the front desk. About the room, no soundproof and the bathroom needs an urgent renovation because it looked pretty old and dirty.

Our room was smaller than expected and the plumbing was broken. The hotel staff did change our room and all was ok.

Friendly staff, good location. Our family room was spacious and clean. The shower was more powerful than most we have had on our travels in Asia. We would definitely book again if returning to Vientiene.
