Great facility, clean rooms, great pool.
The staff were great but there were no towells in the room and we didnt get what we ordered from room service - the hotel was receptive to feedback and did everything they could to address the issues. Loved their customer service attitude

This hotel is very nicely designed, staff is helpful and friendly and it’s possible to pay in different currencies (THB, USD, LAK). The twin room was really spacious, modern and comfortable. I also enjoyed the pool. I also appreciate complementary fruits in the room.
I missed more variety of drinks served at breakfast. For a 5* hotel, the options were very limited, only black coffee and black tea from hot drinks.

The room is big but not comfy at all Pillows were terrible and over used ! the mattress was too hard, door to bathroom needs adjusting The Bar area and restaurant very tired and needs new decor. No one understood any English in the Bar/Restaurant area. Bar choice of drinks and food very poor

Hotel closed to Thai Embassy, confortable bed. Nice room. Staff is nice and cordial.
It's expensive, for the money everything must be super silk. One small bottle of water 1.5 dollar? Room cleaning at 4pm. The 3d day we asked at the reception to send the cleaning at 1pm. At 3pm nothing and we need to stay in the room so they can't do a proper cleaning for 2 days.
