Probably the best-managed hotel I’ve ever stayed in, certainly at this price point. Extremely efficient and well thought-out. Spotless, all good quality. They have a well-oiled machine here, justifiably busy and popular.
The single interior rooms are a bit dark. Excellent rooms, and spotless, but the larger balcony rooms are better value.

Best-managed value hotel in Vientiane, family-operated but additional staff also well-trained. Hard-working hospitality staff keeps rooms and baths clean. Daily breakfast (porridge or bread) with coffee and tea included in the room cost.

This hotel is in a great location. It's in the central tourist district so there are plenty of places to eat and there is a night market right up the street. The facilities were good, the room was clean, it was a little bit small but good for a short stay. The staff were also all very friendly!

The check-in process was fast and the staff give us a really clear instruction and with a smile :) The room is better than expect comparing to the price we paid. All the amenities are available, they have water station for you to refill water and the balcony give you a great view over Mixay Temple. The location is right in the center of the Vientiane Old Town part where there are abundance of restaurants and bars. You can easily walk to the night market as well from this hotel.
The quality of breakfast could be better.

The check in was available 24hours. The room was spacious and the ac and fan was functioning well. The staffs were very accommodating and breakfast was great.

It says they will help for travel information and help to buy tickets for train and transportation. But some staff said he could help with some fee. They were not very helpful to help you with the cheaper and easier way to travel information. Breakfast is very simple to our surprise.

The place is VERY professionally managed, with no stone left unturned. The price is good, and the location is absolutely fantastic ... being across the road from a beautiful temple, and walking distance from another beautiful temple. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, with all issues not relating to laundry.
My room, at least, was tiny and came with a tiny bed. There is no ensuite shower or toilet, although the place is still reasonably good value for money. Unfortunately, they advertise an in-house laundry service which turned out to be "not available" during the three-day Lao New Year Celebration, as the hotel staff were too busy partying / getting drunk / throwing water at other people than to do any guest's laundry ... which I felt was unprofessional. Ok so they are celebrating, but does that mean that their guests should go without clean or dry clothes for three days? I suppose that this is a matter of opinion, and that those reading this review can decide on for themselves. Wifi setup could be improved upon - if you are looking for fantastic wifi signal, look elsewhere. That said, I've experienced worse wi-fi - so while their internet is not the best, it still does the job okay. Also, be sure to put the login details on your digital device before switching on your room's powerful ceiling fan. The pieces of paper they give you with the username and password will be instantly blown away by those fans. In fact, those pieces of paper are so small to start with, that you'll need to consult with a reading glasses-wearing sperm cell to read them in the first place.

Complementary coffee and sandwiches in the morning for all guests. Free bottled water and water coolers on every floor. Good location, near all the good eats. Wifi was incredibly fast. Room I stayed it had the balcony view and I could see the temple.

- central location - nice staff - good WiFi - close to beautiful temples and night food Market I first booked the basic bedroom with shared bathroom but I noticed that there was no AC in the room, only fans, with the 40°c it was unbearable soI upgraded to get a bedroom with AC.
