The price is reasonable for people who are looking for a place that is located in the city
It will be perfect if the hotel can put the curtain in the window like in the room number 7, I feel a bit unsafe that people from outside can see through the window

The location was great - right in the centre of the city, walking distance to most attractions and night markets.
The soundproofing wasn't good - I could hear doors slamming, water running and people either side of my room talking. The wifi dropped out quite a bit.
The bathroom floor has a damp problem - water pools under the floor of the toilet area, and comes up when the floorboard are pressed on (ie when stood on). This is likely to cause damage to the floorboards if not rectified ASAP.
I would have liked if card payments could be accepted - this was cash only, at the time of check in.
The stairs to access are very narrow, so challenging with a large/heavy suitcase or for anyone with poor balance/mobility.
I needed to ask for a kettle to be provided.

Great value. The location was very centrally located, easy access to all the attractions.
Comfy futon style bed , kettle, fridge, desk and chair, Both the AC and shower worked well. I chose a back room with a window so it was quiet and bright. Also same day laundry service.
Everyone was friendly and kind.
It was easy to find. Between Common Grounds Coffee and Lao Orchid Hotel there are several recessed shops with a palm frond roof. There is a small sign over the extreme left door. Just go inside and up the steep staircase.
Nothing, I would happily rebook.

It's a nice hotel in a good location. Nothing to complain about at this price point. The staff are very helpful.
They should sell water. I asked if I could buy some from them but they would only just give me a small bottle. So if you wanna drink water or make tea etc, you have to go to big C and buy some.
That's never happened to me in any other hotel before but nevermind ?.

The toilet in my room been leaking at the base for quite some time so the fake tile on the floor piping up the toilet fluid and smells really bad.
I would recommend checking out the room first before paying for the room.

1. Good location, close to everything you need.
2. Comfy bed.
1. When we checked in, the staff tried to charge us 100K more than what was agreed on booking.com. Wasn't a good start.
2. Shower is in the bedroom with just a curtain for privacy.
3. Quite small room but was fine for two nights.
4. Air con was really loud. Had to turn it off in the end.
