My husband booked this hotel for my birthday at the end of our tour through Laos. We had a suite with a separate living area, huge bedroom, great bathroom (best shower we had in Laos) and a beautiful view. Very close to markets, restaurants and a sensational rooftop bar.

This is a very nice hotel in a nice location. Great walking access to the river, boulevard, and the city center. Vientiane is a very pleasant, laid-back city, and the hotel very pleasant within that. Definitely recommended!
It can be a bit noisy, because of its central location, but that is to be expected. And it got very quiet after about 11pm, so not a big deal.

The room was spacious.
On the first night we did not have any wifi in our room. This was rectified the following day but caused us significant stress as there was an important need for internet access. We especially booked a room with a balcony which we received but when we went out on the balcony there were two air conditioners pumping out hot air which made it completely unusable.

The property is in a good location because it is close to the night market, lots of restaurants and is about 10 minutes away from the airport. - The rooms where clean. - The bed was firm but comfortable on my back. - The internet worked well - Staff was pleasant. - Breakfast was good fruits, sausage, rice porridge, coffee, juice, and other items to select from. - Refrigerator, water kettle and free coffee, water (2 bottles) and soft drinks (2 cans ) was available. - Ice cream shop was located right downstairs. - Coffee shop less than 100 steps away from the front of the building. - Go for a walk along the Mekong River within walking distance. So overall a lot of pros!
My cons - Room 207 had a very bad smell that came from the bathroom. It got worse after a couple of hours and when I first complained the immediate fix was to spray my room with air freshener. Which of course did not work. For future reference, ideally you should have your guest move right away especially when the smell was very strong. - When I requested to move my room I was told to pack all my things first come down and get the other key. So I packed all my things came downstairs with my luggage and given another key for the same floor. Ideally for future reference help your guest by giving them another room to move to in advance so they know where to go. This way they don’t have to move suitcases all over the place. - You might want to mention that for the airport shuttle it is not free but $10 each way on your hotel profile this will help your guest prepare in advance. Currently your profile does not state that their is a charge.

The staff were very friendly, very good. The room is very clean and comfortable good view from the balcony. A surprisingly good little gym, too.
