Staff was friendly and helpful enough. Check-in experience was smooth. Hotel was easy to find. Location was good - walkable to the night food market. Air-con and fan in the room worked great.
Room was very old and dated. Bed was creaky, uncomfortable, and I suspect it was broken. Bedsheets were stained. There was even a bloody fingerprint on the wall. I understand that this is a budget room, and I'm not sure how other rooms at this price point in Vientiane look, but for the same price (US$15) I got better rooms in Ho Chi Minh City and Luang Prabang.

This place was perfect for me because I just needed to crash for a rock bottom price. Wasn't looking for frills or friends, So dorm here worked out great. It should be said that the private rooms seemed to be drawing a respectable and satisfied clientele.
Mosquitoes in dorm are brutal. I bathed n picaridin, and they didn't care.

Perfect for a night stopover in Vientiane. Staff was nice, we booked a bus to Takhek with them and price was reasonable with comfortable transport to the bus station.

Nice view from my room on the top floor (4th). I had to return to Vientiane for visa reasons and chose to stay here a second time as very convenient and helpful staff when it comes to booking transport.

The room was equipped with AC and fan. We had private bathroom and good view from window. The place was quiet and clean. Location was okey.
On booking and also on their building’s entry door they claim to accept payment by card however this is not true. They want cash only. Rooms are old and there are ants. Each of the workers ask for a different price for your payment.
