Room was set up well and clean, the bathroom could use a bit of updating but was clean. Staff was amazing and ready to help at any time. Breakfast was excellent and the lady working that was pleasant and always smiling. The food was great,
Can be a bit of a shocker to a traveler as the rooms had no windows. That was quite unexpected as I had never had that experience before. But after the initial shock all was fine.

Ceiling leaking when person in room above had shower, large dip in ceiling where water collecting and water running into out shower from ceiling. Whole room smelt strongly of paint/chemical

A pretty basic room but for what we paid it was fine. Location was fairly central to sights and park too.

The best bed we have ever slept on. Mattress and bedding was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. Location is next to bus station and morning market easy to find and very central. Complementary breakfast and bottled water supplied by hotel.

Don't let the "no-tourist" location put you off. This hotel is extremely convenient to all facilities. The room decor was a lovely surprise on arrival.

Laundry service . Drinking water bottles available at lobby.
Poor communication. Asked about nearby food outlets was difficult upon arrival.Any thing more difficult was not possible ie, tourism locally. But tuk tuk drivers outside were helpful.Unclear information regarding breakfast, and is there water bottles supplied daily? None were I room upon arrival. Noisy work jackhammer noise.
