The room is big and the bed confortable
I was very disappointed by one important point: I was woken up the first morning by hammer blows and a drill. I asked at reception to have another room. I was told the work was being done on all floors. So I asked for the noise to be delayed. I was made to understand that this was how it was and that I had to accept it! The next day the drill in the wall started at 9 a.m. It is certainly exceptional but I did not appreciate the lack of respect for sleep in this hotel.

Location
Paid for deluxe room with city view, if you call a 50ft brick wall 8ft from your window a city view, complained to no avail. 2 noisy air con generators outside window, diabolical, breakfast 2nd day stone cold and not replenished. Have stayed there before, definitely gone downhill will never stay again

Nothing special. But yes Location was great for me as my meeting was held near this hotel.
I felt the hotel admin is very greedy on earning more on dollar exchange. I wanted to pay by Baht which is normal in Vientiane. But their rate was too low. I had booked the hotel in Bhat. I ended up paying 10% more. Second thing was I had booked room with no window. The smell of room was terrible. I could get the fungus smell. Also my room was smaller than the picture shown while booking. I was busy to go and complain on this. But this hotel did not meet my expectations. Never booking this hotel again.
