Such a lovely room (2A) with a balcony. Delightful owner, and very welcoming staff. Such a find. I will stay here again.
There’s no additional amenities, even though the foyer appears to have been designed as a cafe or restaurant. It’s not an issue as there are plenty of eateries nearby.

The staff (the lady) was very helpful and let us live the backpacks and use the bathroom after checkout.
Good location and late checkout.
Our room 2A was dirty and smelly. The walls were dirty and furniture are old. The towels were worn and dirty. The room definitely needs to be renovated.

The room is large , with a good bed.
There is a nice balcony attached, overlooking the street.
The location is great. Close to the action but not on a very noisy street.
The lady at the front desk was very kind.
The stink from the sewer in the bathroom.

Hotel location is good, so it is easy to access to restraunts and sightseeing sites. And, room facility is minimum, but it is enough for short stay.
Nothing special for my 1 night stay.

The hotel was in a great location walking distance to a range of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious and clean.
There was a heavy rain storm when we were there and the walls let in a lot of water.

A very large, comfortable, well equipped apartment in a great location. Very clean. Good, hot shower that doesn't wet the whole bathroom. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent laundry service - it came back smelling lovely! Balcony useful to sit on and have an evening drink.

Big room, everything worked very well, clean and tidy, comfortable bed, great location very close to everything central, restaurants, the airport and the Mekong market.
I just found it weird they require you to leave your room key when you go out so it doesn’t get lost, when they charge a very reasonable replacement fee anyway. But I guess it saves them the hassle of replacement and I don’t mind lighter pockets anyway.
