Very Good
The room was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The restaurant at the hotel was nice to have as an option and it was always empty, so service was very fast. It was quiet and fairly comfortable. It felt like we were the only people there for the first four or five days
It is pretty far from the centre (45-40 minutes walking), and there weren't many good restaurants closer than 20-30 minutes walk. A minor thing, but we stayed a week and had to ask for toilet paper almost every day as each time they just gave us one roll (I think it is better to provide enough for the length of stay from the start.)

Location fairly close to southern bus terminal…able to accommodate at the last minute
Roaches! Not big ones, but many small ones everywhere. Place needed a good clean…could be so much nicer.

nothing really on a busy street. next door construction going on. very noisy
mosquito havens. man so many mosquitoes in that place, stove doesn’t work, water doesn’t drain properly. no elevator. have to lug your luggage there.

The staffs and owner were exceptional in accommodating me and my large groups without difficulty even with such short notices.

The boss is very good. He came out to pick us up and didn't bring enough local currency. The boss also lent us a car to exchange it! Get up early the next morning to help us take a taxi with local software! In short, it's great!

The room was clean. Bed was really comfortable (I like the most). There were an electric kettle, a rice cooker, two sets of tableware (plates, bowls, coffee cups, spoons and forks), and a dining table with three chairs. Fridge was big (I cannot remember its size, but it was big that I put many things in it and still had a lot of space left). What I like the second most was that there were many sockets (about 12 sockets, including the one which was used for a fridge).
