Good
The property is nicely located by the river with amazing views. Most of everything are at a walking distance such as 7-Eleven store, restaurants, .etc…
The drain in the shower was plugged and overflowed when taking a shower. We informed the staff and they seemed to indicate that it was normal. This could be a simple drain clogged… The more important issue is the hot/cold shower adjustment. The way that it works could potentially cause a burnt accident. This needs to be addressed immediately. It’s not clear to me if the hot water tank required adjustment or something else. Lastly, there seemed to be a mildew smell from the toilet. We rented 3 rooms and all have the same comments. I ended up left the fan on all night. Look forward to improving next time we visit.

Wonderful
The location on the river was beautiful. Staff helped to set up activities. The room was huge with a nice bath and balcony overlooking the water. The rooftop and resturaunt are a great spot for sunset views.
I think as it is a new hotel they are working on getting things going more. There is no spa, but you can get a massage done in your room. For a hotel of that pricepoint, having things like handsoap, robes and slippers would be fitting.
