Nice hotel with a beautiful view from the pool. I've got upgrade of my room at the check in and it was an amazing. Like fairytale story prepared in each room at the evening. Great idea!
Extra services suggested by the hotel is too much overpriced. You can easily find the same services from the outside twice cheaper than offered at the hotel.
No communication about promotion to the guests. E.g. at SPA before 2pm you can get a 20% discount, but nobody tell you this before you find out by yourselves.
The hotel does not accept Union Pay card for the payments, which is disappointing.

Beautiful grounds and views. The location was great for watching the sunset show of hot air balloons and paramotoring. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in “Yao” room. It was pricey but really nice. I thought we might have the best room in all of Vang Vieng!
The dinners weren’t as good as the little hole in the wall restaurant around the corner.

Awesome hotel right on the river. Beautiful pool area, wonderful restaurant and bar staff and very good food in the restaurant. Staff remembered our dietary requirements and were very accommodating. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable and we also appreciated the special treat brought to the rooms each evening!
The hotel is fab overall. Rooms could do with a freshen up and a deeper clean (eg under beds etc). Some of the reception staff were not that friendly or welcoming.

Restaurant dishes were relatively small and should have been tastier ...
Massage done outside next to the river, but this area is very noisy due to the motor boats. Not a very relaxing spa position.

This exceeded our expectations. The hotel is amazing, rooms are large and quiet, pool and restaurant by the river. This is truly magical and highly recommended. Air, who managed most things when we were there, is an excellent host. He arranged all of our trips - balloon and paramotor. He made our stay super special - as did all the other staff as well. I would definitely have this on my list and would come back anytime. Location is magical!

The hotel exceeded our expectations and was one of our favourite places to stay in our two week holiday in Laos. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the balconies overlooking the river and pool. Staff were very helpful in organising taxis and local trips. Drinks at the bar and breakfasts were excellent. Beautiful location on the river and close to the bridge crossing town.

We enjoyed the views, bar, restaurant, pool and location. Staff were all great, especially Addy from the bar. The grounds were nice. The lighting at night is cool. Great location next to Nam Song river. Good views of Nam Song bridge. Pool is refreshing, but super-cold (think North Sea). Good for short plunge. Breakfast is great and includes Lao and western selections

We had the Thai Dieng suite - top floor with wraparound balcony. The views are great, river and mountains. Room is very nice with a seating area, nice bathroom and bedroom. Excellent breakfast. Staff are fantastic, they organized a ride from Vientiane to the hotel. By far the nicest hotel in Vang Vieng.
The little boats start going up and down the river from 7am until sundown, the noise from the two stroke engines is disturbing. The bed is a bit firm for us.

The resort is beautiful, with gorgeous views from the pool, the restaurant, and your private balcony. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed, and very quiet at night. We loved the buffet breakfast and the lunch we ordered poolside two days in a row. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent breakfast. Lots of choice. The staff efficiently booked us train tickets and a hot air balloon ride.
We did a half-day tour offered through the hotel and it was a disappointment.

The view from the property residing right off of the Nam Song is amazing with the mountains in the backdrop, even from the public spaces like the pool. The staff were very friendly and the room was very well maintained.

Very nice hotel. Initially the check in staff put us in the wrong room type but luckily we picked up on this before we unpacked, we would have been disappointed if we had realised this later. Nice river views, great breakfast, actually the breakfast staff were amazing. Location is good, easy walk to shops and other restaurants etc.
Bit annoying that check in staff put us in the wrong room type at the start and it was only picked up by us, we may have stayed in a cheaper room without knowing.

The Mountain View rooms have great views although new construction is starting to have an impact. Great massages and great breakfast.
It is expensive for the off season and there is noisy construction next door.
