Disappointing
The location is quite convenient, only a 5min away from the bus stop. And they offer me to rent a motorcycle for 100K per day.
The air conditioner is switched off during the daytime.

Very Poor
Disgusting stay, had to leave even before we stayed a night as our private bathroom has thousands of ants and I mean THOUSANDS, I’ve never seen so many ants in my life. The reception man then said I can spray and get rid of them, what’s some spray going to do when the bathroom was covered in them. Thankfully got 95% of money back

Literally right on the main street. Big room. Very helpful and responsive taff, they booked my bus ticket for me to got back to Vientianne. Hot showers in the cold Vang Vieng weather.
A little outdated and run down but still doable, so don't expect fancy toilet and bath.

Overall, things are looking fairly good. Boss is quite supportive and offers valuable assistance when needed.
The room lacks air conditioning and is equipped only with a ceiling fan to provide ventilation and cooling.

Decent location close to centre, cheap
Room was very dirty with stained sheets, cobwebs and general dirt, a lot of things in the bathroom didn’t work the toilet flush didn’t work properly the shower sprayed out the bathroom into the room as the door didn’t shut properly and the sink and toilet pipes were broken leaving a consistent drip all over the bathroom so everything was soaking and this also made a dripping noise at all times, windows were broken so were open at all times not only leaving the room like a sauna due to there being no A/C but we also got eaten alive by mosquitoes, had an extremely odd duvet which was more like a mattress cover and was very uncomfortable, could hear everything from everywhere in this room

Highly recommend and it was so so so affordable - ideal location and if you stay here you should try out the restaurant across the street too! We stayed in a private room and it was comfy, quiet and probably had the best hot shower we’ve had on our travels :)

Nice location. On the Main Street with the side street leading to a rooftop bar for sunset just in front of the building. Also a very good and cheap place to eat right next door.
It is what it is.. Same standard as all of our other stays in Laos.

Perfect for a budget traveller. Rooms are clean, air con works, wi fi is strong and its location is very central for everything. For the amount you pay you get that and more but bear in mind it is for budget travellers and “no frills.” Laundry service available too at cheapest rate around.
Shame it does not have coffee facilities in room or in reception.
