Disappointing
I liked that it was a private room for a decent price. The fan was nice and AC wasn't needed.
There's a rooster out back that crows very loudly at all hours. He's exceptionally loud. He would crow at 3AM nonstop. Then, the next morning, the neighbors are loudly banging a hammer nonstop starting at 8AM. The walls are quite thin, and random cheap fixes are found in the walls and doors (like duct tape and even a waterbottle shoved in a hole). The sink doesn't have plumbing to drain water. The water just flows out of the sink onto the floor. Also, there wasn't a trash can at all, which struck me as odd. I just used a plastic bag. The shower doesn't get hot, and the shower head fell off almost every time I turned the water on.
If you're a heavy heavy sleeper on a budget, maybe stay here, but don't expect much. I don't write many negative reviews, but I don't think they're going to try to improve the property, so I'd rather just warn people about the place.

Very good price for a basic room with comfortable beds. Good location next to lots of restaurants, bars, shops and bike rentals. The staff were very friendly and kind.
Not very clean and the facilities weren’t great. The tap was broken and the sink wasn’t connected to any plumbing so just drained on the floor. The fan was very noisy.

The location is good.
The place is dirty anyway. They never change the bin bag (so we have rubbish from other people in our room). The room was not clean. Dirty bathroom (cockroaches). The fan had dirt on it as if it was not used or cleaned.

Good location. The price was very good, a good stop for young backpackers, not for older retirees.
The posting was mis leading, showing cabins along a riverside, but in reality there was no river.

Location is great, cheap price for a private room.
AC only works if you pay extra, and the roosters sometimes won't let you sleep.

Close to center, bungalows are tiny, but clean. AC for extra money, otherwise only fan. Restaurants are close, night market too. Very lovely owners!
Fridge would be nice. Also the pipes from a basin were leaking directly on the floor, so it was sluppery and wet all the time. Woken up very early (4am) by a rooster!
