Disappointing
I enjoyed the way the property is integrated with nature.
Staff was not proactive, nor maintained an effort to communicate. Also, there was a huge green stain in my room’s toilet which I don’t even want to know what it is. The property is a bit distant from the city center, but not too far.

The room was big, the shower was amazing, the place was overall very nice - but: the big windows face a little river and there are no trees to cover you (one morning there were some kids and the staff passing by, and I was laying in bed with no curtains - no privacy at all) Staff was nice but barely spoke English. Breakfast was ok but would have expected more for this type of accommodation.
The pool was covered ? I booked this property just for the pool, the pictures were so nice… but they built a roof on top so it’s not exposed to the sun at all. So sad!

The rooms are very nice and creatively designed. Also the outdoor showers are really cool
Friendliness of the staff is so so. One of the staff smoked in the breakfast area during breakfast time. Also in the end I paid slightly more than what was indicated on booking.com which wasn't explained to me why that is.

Nothing it is a container box hotel
It isn’t anywhere near river. The bed sheets are worn and dirty. The front desk did send me to the pickup point. The breakfast was plain . They charge you more if you paid in any other currency apart from usd

Disappointing
Everything was great until checkout
I booked through booking and at checkout, was told i owed 90,000 more for booking type A instead of B despite the fact booking had the prices confirmed and permanent. The staff was confusing on purpose and deceiving.
I was also charged 198,000 for my railway ticket, which was 100,000 more than the online price or ticket office.

Definitely top-notch hotel. It’s quiet and rooms have two showers: one outside and one inside. You have your own private space outside and it’s just magical. Room is comfortable with great a/c and bed. Highly recommend

modern and stylish design with container look
A little beautiful garden comes with the room
You also get a second shower in the garden with open sky and that's pretty cool
the bed is quite comfy with new good bedding
there are quite enough sockets in the room and that's pretty important to me
It is made from container, that means the room is not insulated, during daytime it is supa hot!
It is not sound insulated either, there is often trucks pass by and it is crazy loud.
The staff is friendly but not proactive in service and only one lady at the front desk can communicate with basic english. I need to show her photos of items to make her understand what I need. Plus she is rarely at the frond desk. the rest of the staff speak zero EN.
the location is quite awkward too. It is near the town but on the other side of the river, so tuktuk between the train station and the hotel is extra expensive...
oh and there is not hairdryer

Very Good
Stylish, clean, nice pool, quieter side of the river but just a short walk into town.
No food or drink available but store and restaurant near by.
