I liked that the hotel staff was easy to reach on the Whatsapp and that the room was really big. I got a room with a great view and it had a couch, bed, working tv, shower/bath, fridge, closet, water heater, and washing/drying machine as well. It was great to have the washer/dryer so i could wash my cloth before i travelled. Breakfast was great and always delievered on time. The tv worked unlike most hotels/B&B places i've stayed at. Check out was fast and easy too and the staff was able to assist me with getting a taxi to the airport early in the morning.
It was a little complicated to get to the hotel area but the videos, photos and instructions that the hotel staff provided me on Whatsapp helped a lot. I recommend people to get to the hotel location during the day time rather than at night when everyone has went to bed already.

The photos shared for finding the entrance were different.
The shampoo and body shampoo were empty. The kettle was not working. The floor was very dirty and I had to wash my feet several times (no slippers available)

the view is spectacular from my room…
the high rise tower itself is badly designed and the room decor was mediocre at best. The beds are low to the floor so you can’t see the gorgeous views unless you’re standing. Also I could hear my neighbors’ conversations!

The hotel is close to the main centre with easy access for attractions, transport and food The rooms are theme based and very well designed The view from 38th floor window give a romantic view of the full city from airport to the hotel The bless is also the Moon during the night just to view from the bed
Finding the hotel was like a puzzle game. The hotel is on the 38th floor of a high raise building with multiple secured entrances where the doors are with codes. We spent 30 minutes, checking with multiple persons on the building to finally find the exact entrance to the lift to reach 38th floor Again on reaching 38th floor, the reception is inside, but the door with security code lock!!! Once check-in is done, the key with all security codes are given The property to write to the guest clearly about this as many others would also faced the same problem The breakfast is not up to the expectation

The view from the window of 38th floor. But remember it's not easy to get to the hotel area as you need to climb up a floor with your luggage without any help from hotel staff. Hotel reception is at the 38th floor so you need to reach by yourself. And no support from hotel staff for water and tissues.

Breakfast was good. But they should have better options for packing breakfast. One day we had to take a early morning tour but they could not provide packed breakfast.

View from room is facsinating. Breakfast was sered to the room directly, - healthy and tasty food. Not very convienient entracnce to the lobby but it's not hotel fault , bacuse it's located inside residence building
