Friendly staff, safe location, very good food in the restaurant/pub downstairs
First, the cleanness of the room could have been better as we discovered empty Cola bottle under the bed. Second we requested airport transfer, were informed that it will be 6000tg, but upon arrival were charged 7000, not clear if it is hotel policy or just a whim of the receptionist.

Great price, one of the cheapest hotels in Astana. It was clean. The room is very simple.
Not the most upscale place, the bathroom did not let the water through, one of the bathroom doors broken.

Junior suite was spacious. Bed was comfortable, sheets, bathrobes, towels were clean.
Wardrobe needs fixing and carpet in the room needs cleaning or replacement.

The Location. 10/10.
From the airport bus ride #10 or #12. 200 tenge only. Go down Baiterek, and ride bus #40. Another 200 tenge .It will take you to the hotel. In front of Eurasia Mall. So very easy to find.
Reception doesn't speak English so there's no way they can help u. So just do the research for yourself.

The 24/7 Reception and the staff in general are really helpful. Even if you don't speak Kasach or Russian, they will find a way to help you. The breakfast isn't expensive and meets the general needs.
Below the hotel is a restaurant called Container which serves nice dishes and seems to be well known by locals.
The heating of the room was slightly over the top.

Breakfast was just enough. good coffee. Bed was comfortable. Cleanness was excellent. Airconditioning was appreciated. Wifi was without connection issues.
Close to shopping centre.
“Walkable” distance to Astana centre.
Outside a protected space to sit.
Good restaurant in the basement.
Breakfast was simple.
Room was obedient.
Wifi was stable but not really fast.
English speaking was a challenge.

Located in 5-10 minutes of main bus routes. Big shopping center and market over the road. Quiet room on 3rd floor, good temperature when outside is around 0 degrees. Cleanliness.
