The price is affordable
The bed linen was worn and not fresh, I had a feeling like it was not changed, lots of women’s hair was on the linen.

Facilities, comfortable beds. There are several good places to eat nearby. There was a kettle in the room and cups.
No elevator. If you have your heavy luggage, you have to lift them up and down the stairs on your own.
Taxi couldn’t reach the place from the first time as there are the works on LRT.

The room is tiny and would benefit from some renovation, but it is a really good offer for the given price. Construction work around the building made it a little less attractive, otherwise the location is nice - close to the city center, in between the airport and the railway station.
Bathroom would really need some renovation.

The room was clean/comfortable and the front desk was helpful in arranging speedy laundry service and luggage storage. There was a water cooler on my floor, which was very convenient. The room rates were very affordable and I was able to work using the wifi.
The doors don’t shut without turning a lock and were a bit tricky. I don’t think I was the only one who felt this way because I woke up to someone slamming the doors and fiddling with the lock for nearly ten minutes.

A small hotel in a very quiet place. There are a few small supermarkets in the area and restaurants.
The breakfast was sufficient. So not a buffet or anything like that, but enough for a good start to the day.
There was the option to do laundry, which is always good.
It takes a bit of walking to see the sights, but luckily there is Yandex.
So if you want to stay close to the center, this is not the place for you.

It’s a very good price to quality ratio, big breakfasts. There is a water dispenser as well for free.
Little space, but for this price it’s fine. Sound proofing isn’t great.

A clean, quiet, small hotel, located some 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, from which you can also reach the central area around Bayterek tower by foot if you like walking, or the Silk Road shopping centre. There are also a couple of buses stopping in this area and small shops. A good place to stay for a few nights in Astana.
We very much appreciated earlier check-in time as we arrived by an overnight flight.
No real issues.

Nice clean hotel close to the city centre, the owner was very nice and let us check in earlier than the usual time and then ordered a taxi to the airport for us. Overall we are very satisfied.

Location is slightly hidden in a backyard but still central, breakfast was included and extensive.
Walls are thinn, looks like people renting it also for 'daily' and 'night' activities, hotel is in a backyard which is not well lit.
