Cheap price of stay, helpful staff
Far from tourist attractions of Astana. Need to use taxi to visit them. Boring but free breakfast. No fruits offered.

The room was very nice and spacious. It had a nice window with a view of the street and neighborhood. I paid a little extra for the junior suite. It was well worth it. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very nicely done in marble tile. I really enjoyed my room. The included breakfast was excellent. I also had dinner at the restaurant, and it was very good, and reasonably priced. I had the veal with vegetables. It was excellent. Good beer also. The location was very good, with a bus line nearby that takes you to all of the best places. They also have a mini-bar at the front desk where you can buy bottles of beer, drinks, liquor, etc. Very handy.
I wish the restaurant had an English menu.

It was clean, there was all the elements mentioned in the booking such as toothpaste & brush, shaving cream etc.
The water in the bath didn’t go down, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom, also not much space in the bathroom. One of the lamps next to the bed didn’t work.

Super comfortable bed and nice, well done bathroom. Great value for the price!
The walls are thin and you can hear people having a good time in the Sauna or Pool.

Clean, warm and friendly hotel in a good location for transport in Astana. Staff were prompt and professional, room was clean, well appointed and warm, elevators, and in house food. Breakfast was fine. Excellent value for money. I would stay there again.
It was a good stay, but some people wanting a new decor etc might find the hotel an older model.

Nice clean hotel, excellent value for the price, staff friendly and welcoming, location nice and quiet. Large size room and bathroom. Food at the restaurant was really good and amazingly friendly priced.
The only thing which could be more handy/comfortable is that when you enter there are stairs which means that you have to carry all your luggage up to reception , othe than this it is an amazing place.

at 6 in the morning they called the phone in our room (it beeped like an alarm!) and said that we have to check out now at 6 in the morning! otherwise we have to pay if we want to stay until 12:00 (which is the standard check out time in this hotel) when I said that I would not give money and we would stay until 12:00, they ended the call without saying a word. And when we checked out, no one said anything. So what are they trying???
Loud music played every day until 2-3 in the morning!
We only went to breakfast once (which was open 30 minutes later than it should have been). The moment they put the plate on the table, they asked for tips! We haven't even started eating yet!
