Elevator access wasn't on the same level and I had to carry my luggage down the stairs one by one (poor architectural planning overall). Very awkward room planning, you enter a narrow long hall with a wardrobe along the wall in the middle which leads into the room, T shape room with a lot of dead space in the hall. Lack of outlet adapters, couldn't charge any of our devices. The elevators are very small.

Location
Phone in room was not working and they asked me to contact receptionist through whatsapp and that was taking lot of time before I got responses. Rooms are aged and hotel is aged and needs renovation. Bit gloomy inside.

We only stayed here for one night. The hotel has a very grand entrance but our room was a little dated.
However, the staff were very polite, spoke good English, and were very helpful, printing off some documents for us.
Breakfast was very good. There was an excellent selection and plenty space in the dining room.
Overall, not expensive, good location and decent hotel for a short stay.
Rooms could do with some modernisation.
Also, our room looked like it had been set up for one person. Only one robe and pair of slippers. Only one large towel. Only one mug for coffee. Bit strange but we mentioned it to reception staff and it was rectified straight away.

Good, clean room and nice breakfast. It was very nice to get en early breakfast as a room service the day we were leaving so early to the airport that we couldnt get normal breakfast.

Not very close to city center but everything is around like (supermarket, banks and so ) if you need anything. Inside restaurant serves perfect options for breakfast and dinner, rooms are well equipped for comfortable stay. And staff are helpful.
There is no ashtray at smoking room, at the bathroom there is need for mop after shower and it is hard to arrange perfect temperature, water is running hot.

I liked the spacious room.
My room's internal phone was not working and I had to go down from 21st floor (Room 2105) to Reception at the lobby to call for room service food order.

Staff were friendly, and tried to accommodate everything.
1. Language barrier.
2. Would suggest a fridge in rooms.

many things were broke in the room, only 1 towel for 2 persons, iron was dirty very hard matress
