Cleanliness and friendly and helpful staff. Also, it is located outside the city centre so a good place to come back to if one needs relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The toilets are shared but some guests forget to leave the place in a state in which they would like find it much as the staff try to keep the place clean. In addition, the isolation is good from noise outside, some guests in neighboring rooms may forget to keep their discussions and laughing down after acceptable hours. However this is not the norm (I must have been unlucky, fortunately these guests checked out the following day)

The room was clean and well-maintained throughout the stay. The staff was polite and responsive to basic requests. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping was regular.
The ventilation could be improved.

The staffs there were very friendly, they were also very kind enough to keep my luggage in the store room, as I came early.
They have a small cafe, where you can have bits and bites. The raspberry tea there was amazing.
The room is of decent size I went for non window one but I would suggest you to go for with window one so that there would be air ventilation.
Most of the monuments are within 5 kms range.
Some of the odds I realized.
Since there is only one toilet on the ground floor for females, so it used to occupied most of the time.
Also it wasn't used to be clean during evening time.
There is no kitchen so cooking your own food was never a choice. I often asked hot water to make cup noodles and tea, and they provided the same, but it was bothersome to ask again and again. I felt hesitated.
Everything is for purchase, no complimentary drinking water like a bubble tub with a water filter. Shampoo and body wash which are basic and for free in all the hostels, it was only on chargeable basis there.
Even though the monuments are within 5 kms range I find the area to be kind of depressed, its a residential area so not much shops, restaurant nearby. It felt kind of lonely and cold. Not a very good neighborhood to spend time.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was basic but clean and warm - we travelled in December. Shared bathroom facilities were good quality and also very clean

Comfortable room. Clean bathroom. There is everything that is needed for a nice stay. It is not in the city centre, but you can go everywhere by walk or bus. Really friendly and kind lady at the reception and in the café.

Bed was incredibly comfortable, I loved it. Staff was very polite and helpful. Good size of shower room, all clean.
Doors to my room and other rooms made noise when closing, it woke me up few times a night. Rather than that no other issues. Perhaps someone can adjuste doors for the comfort of guests.

The price is good. There is a privacy. Staff was good. There was a shared kettle and microwave at reception.
In the windows-free room, the air was always bad. I had to open the door all the time to air it out. As there was a complete darkness, I lost a sense of time.

The property is so cleaned and tidy, the staff is really helpful and amazing. I just loved to stay here. I liked everything but when you put address to the yendex or any taxi app, put the actual address instead of hotel name for reaching the exact location.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The room downstairs was comfortable and offered tea and pastries. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Some small shops and parks nearby. The staff was helpful despite the language barrier. Google translate works well.
Vegetarians would have a hard time finding a restaurant. This is a problem all over Kazakstan.
