Covers all basic needs when traveling, don't expect anything fancy for the price. The host was very helpful, letting me in early in the morning, and spoke good English.

The hostel staff was very hospitable and friendly as well as approachable. I hope to come back again when I visit Astana again. The facilities are all maintained well and available such as common kitchen, bathrooms, laundry machines, drying space and living area. They have a minibar selling some items when you need it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️Flexible check in. Everything is clean and organize. Bed is big enough and you have your own cabinet with key.
The location is inside neighborhood. you need to walk to reach main hi way and at night I don’t recommend to walk because the area is dark. Use yandex if you will go home late.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hostel. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained — cleanliness was truly at its peak! The atmosphere was peaceful, and every detail was taken care of to ensure a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable experience.

Traveling with my friends, this was an ideal place to stay for a few days. We checked in at 1 a.m., the hostess was really nice. Common kitchen, 3 toilet rooms, 2 bathrooms. There is an option for washing your clothes, ironing. Great place near the center of Astana
Beds were hard. Water in the shower was cold once and its flow was weak

Staff no English tho booking.com said yes but nice ,& helpful. Once you found your way around the back alleys to hostel it was fine, google maps tell you one thing but the Rd is a dead end & you have to go round another st. Number of local people live there but they were nice & friendly. Beds hard. Needs an update maintenance wise but hey I'm not living there. Only 2 showers - 3 toilets definitely not near enough if it gets full.
