Pleasant
Very comfortable beds and access to kitchen to make your own food. Very clean and tidy rooms.
Finding the place is a little difficult and the staff were quite rude. Not friendly at all.

Quiet residential area. Firm sturdy beds. Laundry for 500 tenge. Central location. Nice stay.
No sidewalk on the street and a lake in front of building during spring thaw. Small lounge area. Limited work space in kitchen only. Cash only - no credit cards accepted.

Although hostesses can be tricky with English, I really enjoyed my stay, it was -10 outside, but inside was nice, hostel is equipped with all that you need as a backpacker, and stores and food is just down the street, working in all hours. A 10 from me.
