The walls are very thin, so it can be too loud to sleep if other residents stay up till late and talk loudly in the kitchen.

Excellent facilities, very clean and has all necessary basics for travelers' comfort, such as utensils, towels, and outlets by the bed. Plus, very friendly and helpful staff and very affordable price.

Fantastic facilities, always spotlessly clean, quiet at night and everything you might need, such as towels, lockers and the laundry service, is included in the price. All the administrators speak good English and are very helpful, Sergei in particular!
The only complaint I had was some of the other guests being noisy (taking phone calls, etc.) in the dorm room at night. Unfortunately, this sometimes comes with staying in hostels, but Sergei was always willing to speak with them in such cases.

Good location, within walking distance of the Water Green Blvd. Have a shared kitchen. Family room was big and comfortable, with great view of the "Triumph of Astana". Good staffs. Large bathroom.

One came to bed 04:30 very drunk, falling on top of me - waking me up &: ripping my privacy curtain down....not much fun having had to book a mixed dorm!!

Nice furniture, comfortable beds, and all in all a very comfy atmosphere. I really enjoyed staying in the hostel and whenever I'm in Astana again, I will come back. Modern, clean and a lot of storage space for bags and clothes for every guest. Nice showers and clean bathroom.

Everything. Staff, very clean, comfortable beds, they had curtains, good wifi, very well located (also close to Magnum supermarket). Walkable to most places. Warm atmosphere. Perfect stay for the price.
You have to make your bed :(
One morning there was no warm water :(

Chose this hostel because it was close to Khan Shatyr. Located next to nice apartments. Very good neighborhood. There's a few grocery stores nearby, pharmacy, mall, coffee shops, restaurants, bus stop and even more.
Wi-Fi could be a bit better.
