It was one of cheapest option available that was not too far from Astana city center. Price was the deciding factor.
There are like 10 mosquitos in my room. Cleanness of room was ok, but shared toilet and bathroom was pretty dirty. It wasn't cleaned often enough.

Receptionist speaks perfect English and was very welcoming Great location! Lavabo in the room Locker in the room Pleasant shower !!
No window nor any kind of air circulation in the room Not enough plugs for chargers in the room No soap in the toilets Toilet paper sometimes missing Very noisy people staying in the room (until after midnight and starting from 6:00am), they definitely have no sense of sharing the space and respecting others' sleep Very old and uncomfortable mattress
