The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room included a real kitchen, a balcony, and even a washing machine in the bathroom. It is close to the Congress, where I attended the conference.
My credit card did not work there. It has not happened before when travelling abroad.

Clean and well maintained. Good location with nearby shops and cafes and walking distance to the park. Quick checkin and checkout. Very nice staff who let us checkin an hour early.
A bit small twin beds, pillows are not comfortable, must be replaced. No iron, there is an iron board though. Limited clothes hangers.

The hotel is located near the Nasarbayev university and a big shopping mall. The staff is helpful, and the lunch is all right, they bring it to your room, however, you do need to order it in advance.
This is a very specific location, it is rather far from the centre and it is only good if you absolutely need to stay in that area because of work or personal reasons. It is also a bit hard to find this location, the hotel however does send you an email or text via booking before you arrive there, please read it, otherwise you will have a hard time getting to the hotel.

I ordered oatmeal, and it turned out to have these creatures with antennae in it. They weren't moving anymore and couldn't escape on their own, but they happily posed for a photo for me.

Location
No slippers. The floor was cold except in the bathroom. There is no local phone in the room to call the reception. You have to call a mobile phone to contact the reception. There is no information paper in the room.
