Wonderful
A good hotel in Astana, close to the square with the flag. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and clean rooms. I stayed here for a short business trip to Astana for a couple of days and did not regret my choice. The hotel is located away from the main road, so it is quite quiet, which makes it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long working day. The breakfast is quite good; you can order an omelet with cheese or ask for fried eggs.
I did not like that I was asked not to open the window, as it was said to affect the heating thermostat. I turned everything off, but the room was still very hot.

This is my favorite hotel in Astana. Wonderful staff, absolutely fantastic. Also good food (breakfast #2 with poached egg - yeah!) and clean, comfortable rooms.

The location is nice. Just across the business center with all visa centers
The room is located on the first floor, and unfortunately, cigarette smoke from people smoking right outside frequently drifts in. The smell is very strong and unpleasant.

The only downside is the traffic on the road connecting the Hotel, there is nothing Hotel or anyone can do about it. Otherwise it was a very comfortable stay, staff was nice, property is clean and meets expectations.
