Rooms are clean
You can hear whats happening next room. I could hear loud snoring of person in other room, and could not sleep, in the morning from 7:30 am till 8:00 am alarm from other room rang, and the person kept snoring. Also after check in, on the corridor was carpet, but in the evening they removed. Personal did not inform about repair. Also personal was a little rude

nothing, I dont know why it has such a high rating.
I didn't have a key from my own room! I asked the maid to open a door in my room. They demanded payment in cash, although payment was by card. The restaurant did not work, there is no infrastructure nearby. very noisy in the room, right next door is the HOTEL SMOKING ROOM (what?), the room smells of cigarettes and the sheets are stained. the mattress sinks almost to the floor. Overall it's terrible. I categorically do not recommend this hotel or visiting Astana at all.

The staff are atrocious with no customer service skills. After I checked out I was made to march back up to my room by the cleaners and was shouted at by multiple of their staff for a small and easily wiped mark on the bedding. They tried to charge me almost $100 in damages for something that would easily be cleaned in any washing machine. If they tried to scam me out of money they will do the same to you. In addition, they decided 8am in the morning was the right time for handymen to come in and rip the entire flooring out from outside my room. They did not tell me construction work was happening. The walls are paper thin and I heard the sound of screaming babies all night and morning. The breakfast is a styrofoam container with a piece of bread and an apple. Ive visited over 40 countries and Ive never left a review like this, but Im so angry at how bad the experience was here and I dont wish it on anyone.
