The location is perfect, the staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel is really clean.
I liked everything. I would stay there again If I returned to Astana.

- bed was cosy and comfortable with good selection of pillows
- bathroom amenities provided as were robe and slippers
- extremely clean room and bathroom
- incredibly quiet location
- very to close to large supermarket (EUROSPAR) with cafe
- whilst location mentions 500 meters from city centre, this is the old city centre not new city centre
- other than supermarket there is nowhere close to eat

Quiet, great breakfast, very friendly staff
Far from centre but on the other hand, close to the Ishim River which was beautiful, every night I spent some time there enjoying the scenery and people watching. If I'd stayed in the centre I would have missed this gem. Plus the walking was very good for me :-)

I liked all. This is boutique hotel. Beacause of that I felt like at home. Everything in it was very clean and fresh. Personel was very nice and helpful. Wonderful :-)
The breakfast place could be served in the nice place maybe ... However it was delicions and prepared with love :-)
