Wonderful
The location is perfect, it's in the Nurzhol Boulevard, surrounded by modern and nicely-designed buildings, walking distance to Bayterek Tower, Ak Orda Presidential Palace and next to it, you can find a supermarket and some nice restaurants. I like enjoying the city view from my room window, both during the day and at night. The room is spacious, with the sofa and working space, making me comfortable to do some work and also to relax before jump into the bed. Overall we enjoy our stay here!

Disappointing
We requested early breakfast “to go” since we were checking out very early. One staff member ensured up that we will get it. But when we came to check out the next morning the other staff said that they didn’t prepare anything for us and just asked us to leave. Very disappointing

There was nothing good in our stay unfortunately, some of the trainee staff were kind but not trained well.
Hotel entrance dirty, no one to help with the luggage, depressing atmosphere, room is dirty, only two pillows and when we asked for extra they said they don't have, smoking room is stacked with cigarettes and no one cleans it. No sound insulation, no hot water for two days in a row, breakfast is poor and felt like prison food, lobby bar serves white wine room temperature, most staff are not in the mood to do anything, it felt everyone is forced to do their job. The pictures on booking is misleading. Old furniture and not worth the 4 stars. Avoid at all costs

Nice hotel , clean , breakfast was nice . Inside hotel there is restaurant and I think they need to make same price as in city and will be more people inside . Reception is good , I asked to change towels few day , but the girls which cleaning did not change . Generally I like place

Friendly and accommodating staff. A great location that was walkable to most places of interest, as well as restaurants and cafes. A quiet room, which was just what I needed after a long journey to Astana.
The rooms could do with an upgrade, as could the common areas. The hotel is definitely beginning to look dated.
