Wonderful
I really liked the location — it’s close to the Baiterek and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. The property was clean, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were good for the price. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Astana.

The location of the hotel is great, around 550m away from the Bayterek Tower and close to the restaurants, shops etc. The front desk persons are very friendly and helpful specially, Malika and Madira help me a lot to find out places despite their language issue. The room is quite spacious and lighting in the room is awesome. Moreover, I like the wall paintings of the hotel. I like this hotel very much and will stay again in my future trip in Astana.

I did not like the fact that the room had no windows. The staff told me that this was mentioned in the booking. Maybe it was, but not in a prominent enough way to notice it.
Also, no official receipt was prepared, just a credit card payment stub. Apparently, I had to request this in advance.

I wasn't able to enjoy the breakfast cuz I left the hotel early morning and I wasn't informed about the time of the meal if there is. But overall, I love my stay in the hotel. Comfy, spacious and super tidy.

Small, basic hotel in a pretty good location, opposite a park and with some restaurants and cafés around. Clean, spacious room with a big window, comfortable bed, chairs, desk, fridge, kettle, bath, heated towel rail.
Helpful staff organising taxis etc, but very few spoke English though we communicated well through Google translate.
Hotel was situated down a side alley so not super obvious from the street (my taxi had trouble finding it).
Tiny reception area with only one receptionist so sometimes had to wait a while if there were a few people needing something.
Being a modern city, Astana was basically built for cars, so walking to places takes a while, and sometimes not really doable.

Great location close to shops, cafes and Bayterek Tower. It was hot so having AC in the room was a great plus! Very clean room and water and tea provided in our room:) Natalia at front desk was very responsive through emails and helped us book a taxi from and to the airport!! Thank you so much for that!!
