Wonderful
The host was excellent. As a women I felt safe staying there. They provide you with a lock and all of the entrances have a code. There is a shared kitchen area where you can store your food. It’s a very populated area so there’s a lot to do as soon as you walk out of the door. Lots of highly rate restaurants as soon as you step out. The train station is about a 15 minutes walk. The airport is an hour away by train. You can grab an Uber to Seoul if you want for about 16000 KRW or 11 USD. The train isn’t that difficult to navigate and cost a fraction of the price 2500 KRW or less than 2 dollars. There are major shopping places near by within walking distance such as a Samsung store.
It’s better than a hostel for sure because you get your own space, but it’s definitely not like a Hilton hotel. It’s quaint, enough, and safe.

Staff is friendly and helpful, shout out to Henny??
No elevator. It is a bit hard to carry 30 kg. luggage and other bags upstairs. On top of that, staircase is rather small.

Two two house is in a great location to experience korea, surrounded by great food, and close to subway and other attractions to experience seoul.
We didnt like that we had to go back home, there was a great street food near the hongik univ station, there is salt bread near the park, there is a park great for autumn and to just watch the pigeons. And the staff and owner were friendly and great plus they do laundry and english speaking friendly. Hard to not like any of it.

The location is awesome. You can enjoy dynamic night life in Hongdae and walk back in 10 minutes. Self-check in was very smooth, and the communication with stuffs is easy.
Be careful and lower your voice after 10pm even if in your own private bedroom, cause the door is very soundproof.

Room is fully furnished (duplex style) with a bed on the attic and a large balcony which i enjoyed it the most. It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so you need a little bit of exercises.
Location is perfect, just 10 mins walks from Hongik University station - right at the famous Hongdae neighborhood.
Staffs are super friendly and fluent in English.

The atmosphere of this house is quite nice and the staffs are so supportive even I arrived late at night
The way to hotel is quite dark and I feel a bit scared. Besides, the toilets are in outside of rooms and it was dark. So you should take into consideration when you choose this hotel

Smell: room smell is so good, give relax vibe
Location: easy to access, 5-6 mins walk from Hongik University subway station Exit 3
Not kind of 'didn't like' just a little concern about...
Room key: gonna be better if it's digital lock (it's physical key)
Air conditioner: the temperature swings in the night, i woke up couples of time because it's quite hot
Noise: i woke up at 3AM because someone just got back and he or she made sound while washing the dishes for 10 mins, i think the property should say 'not allow' wash the dishes at 3AM ?

The location is wonderful, close to the metro station and many cute shops, cafes, and restaurants.

I never had the breakfast here but enjoyed a few late night coffees the dining area was clean and comfortable plenty of tea and coffee supplies
The only negative thing really was the steep stairs… I had a large suitcase and I needed all my strength to get it up and back down again
