The location is great and close to everything you need, 200m to underground line (4) , Bus stop to & from the airport is just 3 steps from hotel entrance , 700 m to Seoul train station , and walking distance to Myeongdong night market , and other luxury department stores. A twosome coffee , Burger King and 25GS grocery inside the hotel building. Nice gym and indoor swimming pool. T-Money kiosk and ATM inside the building where you recharge your card for shopping and cafes. If you like hiking you can visit N Seoul Tower in the back of the hotel through cable car. Nice clean room, nice bathroom with all required applicants you need.

Good location for shopping and transit. Had pool / gym which was nice although a tad outdated. Staff were nice.
Beds were to too soft for my liking but this is subjective (I prefer firmer beds).

The location is great and close to the station as well as the main tourist spot myeongdong. there’s WOWPASS machine and convenient store at the hotel which made it even better
Our room was slighter smaller than expected given that we were staying for more than 9 nights and booked it over half a year in advance

The room was spacious and clean. Could also see Seoul Tower from our window which was amazing. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Check in was super quick even though they were very busy when we arrived.
The housekeeping staff were amazing and would always ask if we wanted our room to be cleaned if they saw us in the hallway (we had the DND turned on most of the stay). Free water and mini bar was provided in the room.
We booked to have lounge access for our stay. Luckily our room was on the 18th floor which was the same floor as the lounge. The staff in the lounge were super friendly and attentive. The happy hour drinks and food was great.
While not in Myeongdong, the hotel is a walkable distance or one stop on the subway to Myeongdong. Hotel is also right across from the Namdaemun market.
Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever visit Seoul again.

The location was excellent and the amenities such as the coffee maker in each room were great.
I wish there had been a same bar in the hotel to get a drink separate from the restaurant which was booked out with a private party for part of our stay.

Very nice hotel with big rooms and good facilities and very good location very close to metro and many night markets.
Staff was not very helpful when asking for early check-in but his manager was extremely helpful and provide us the rooms early than expected.

Wonderful
Modern and well appointed hotel. Everything is high quality and our room included a complimentary mini bar. Lovely views over the city and location was an easy 15 minute walk from Seoul Station (highly recommended taking the elevated Seoullo walk way). In the lobby there is a great cafe and 24/7 convenience store. Very close to a metro station.
Cost is high but normal for Seoul and a very modern hotel.
