Great location, very close to subway station, amazing pillows, good room temperature, we had a very good rest during our trip. Good house cleaning. Polite staff.
No shelf next to the sink to place your amenities like toothbrush, facial soap so you end up having to use the bathtub to place your things. One of the room types had a leaky bathtub.

Very good value for money big bathroom with a bathtub and electronic toilet and the maid come clean the room everyday unlike other 3 stars hotel in Gangnam. Good location with lots of restaurants around

The location
On 2am Nov 7, someone rang my doorbell for nearly 20 minutes, and I was really scared.
At first, I couldn’t find the phone to call the front desk, but later I did and reported it.
The staff said a guest had come to the wrong branch of Stay Hotel by mistake.
However, I don’t understand how that person could reach the 5th floor and ring my bell continuously.
This makes me question the hotel’s security.

There was a terrible smell in the room and on the entire floor, the room was very old and with damage, dirty walls and sheets, also curtains, it didn't feel like it was properly clean. It's really far from how it looks in the pictures, there were holes on the floor, all the walls and furniture had scratches

Great location. Really close to yeoksam station (not even a 2 minute walk) or easy to get around with bus. There’s a few convenience stores right down the street, and some cafes as well. For how busy the street is, it’s surprisingly quiet inside the room.
The hot water came out really fast from the bathroom sink and tub. Just a few seconds.
The room was separated into a bedroom, bathroom, and a separate changing room/office space. Surprisingly spacious. Not sure if this is all the rooms or just the corner room though.
Tv and aircon were really easy to figure out. I was able to connect my netflix without any issues.
If you’re traveling alone or just with one other friend, this would be a great option. Might be a bit cramped for 3 or more adults though.
The tub was not that clean. There was some black molding around the edge of the tub. It was a spacious and comfortable tub, but dirty.
The room and bathroom always smelled like cigarettes. No matter what. I’m not sure if it was the previous guests or the cleaning supplies, but it always smelled like cigarettes.
If you’re keen on views, this hotel is a very bad option.

The bathroom design is terrible. It looks fancy but dirty especially in the sink area has black mold in the caulk. The Mable sink looked hard to clean. Water will overflow and leak outside the floor. There is a lot of moisture. No towels rack or hooks to hang used towels.
