The hotel is located in heart of Myeongdong. It was so fun to step out and be right in the busy shopping and night market district. The staff were friendly and rooms were spotless.

Location. Space for three people was good.Beds comfortable. Clean towels daily.
The cleaning could have been better. Lots of hair on the small throw rug. Had issues with the light controls and heating. Hotel was quick to fix both of these.

Right smack in the middle of Myeongdong action (but no noise from below). Separate toilet from bathing area. Comfy beds (pillow is Japanese style which is a lot firm).
No direct car access so if raining, you’ll have to drag stuff across the street drenched. We messaged about this to staff ahead of confirming booking and they said they will assist in finding taxi etc. BUT as there is No bell service, on day of checkout the front desk went back on their word and said we have to figure out our way out for pick up by ourselves. We also had a sewage stench in shower which was rectified but shocking to experience.

The location is excellent, in the middle of Myeongdong with entrances on opposite sides of building. Not drivable but it’s a short walk to the Main Street to get a taxi/uber.
A complimentary lounge area with snacks & drinks would be an added bonus, like how a lot of Japan hotels offer.

Very convenient location right at the heart of Myeongdong. Staff are very helpful and went the extra mile to do an intensive search after i requested for them to let me know if they find my item during cleaning
