Clean place in a good location
The room I had (302) had a very tiny window facing a wall just close to it. Zero daylight could reach the room. With the unprotected light bulb the room had the Charme of a cellar compartment - not cozy at all.

The location is amazing for the price! There’s no front desk, but you can always reach them by phone and they’re super helpful. Room is very clean and well organized.
After the renovation, now they offers only the bare minimum. For a short stay, it’s still worth the money, but if you’re sharing the room with someone else, it feels too cramped. There’s no proper space to store clothes, bags, or other personal items - no wardrobe, just a few coat hangers. If you don’t mind living out of your suitcase, it won’t be a problem.

The location is absolutely amazing, a very short walk from the station and close to many tourist locations such as Myeongdong and Insadong.
The interior was minimalist yet stylish. Rooms were comfortable and provided all the necessities. The cafe on the first floor served great coffee. Check in and check out was a breeze.
Overall, a great place to stay in Seoul and I would definitely stay here again!
The rooms weren’t very soundproof and we could hear people showering and drying their hair from next door. It didn’t bother us too much but could be irritating to light sleepers.

Cleaning staff were extremely diligent. Fresh water bottles were left in our room daily. Staff came daily to check and replace towels daily.
Could have been more outlets but was not an issue overall. Hotel staff were only accessible via email during daytime hours (9am-6pm) with the option for emergency contact via phone if needed - again not an overall issue but for those in need of immediate non-emergent support outside of support hours, could be a bit frustrating. But staff was very lovely in email correspondence.

The location is amazing, and the staff were really nice, they let us do an early check-in.
There was only one electric socket and the water from the shower got to the toilet which was a bit uncomfortable.

The room was very clean and quiet dispite being located in a very central and convenient location. The subway was right outside along with close proximity to multiple bus lines. Myeongdong was also just a few minutes away, walking distance. Hosts were responsive and checkin was very easy.

This was one of the most pleasant stays I have ever had!
Firstly, the check in process was extremely easy. The entrance looks exactly like in the picture displayed in the listing and getting the key card from the machine took only about 1 minute. We also got promo codes for different cafes as a gift from the hotel staff which was pleasantly surprising.
Moreover, the room’s design is very nice and pleasant to the eye. Deep green is calming after a long day in a busy city.
We had two beds in our room; both had very comfortable mattresses, and I have to mention very soft blankets and firm yet soft pillows.
The room had all the essentials we needed - hair dryer, cotton sticks and pads, even a hai tie! Not to mention a desk with a table and a lamp. The fridge was also very useful.
Lastly, I’ll mention a nice separation between bedroom area and bathroom area. The toilet is smart by the way and as a Muslim I appreciated having the hygienic shower as not every hotel has them.
Service was also immaculate - we once requested towels and got them within minutes of our request! The hotel staff is extremely responsive.
Finally, the location is absolutely amazing. The metro is 2 steps away and Myeongdong shopping area was also super close, I want to say around 7-8 minutes walk. Me and my partner really enjoyed walking there every day. There are convenience stores nearby too! We also walked to the palace which only took us 20 minutes walking.
Overall, a really amazing stay! Sincerely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Seoul:)

The location of the hotel was awesome. Central to many great attractions in Seoul. It was EASY to get to from Seoul station. The staff was REALLY nice and there is a great restaurant next door.
We liked the concept and the artsy way it was presented, however, the white walls makes the place feel dirty when it isn't. Also the walls are REALLY thin so noise is kind of a problem. Nice place but it needs a paint job.
