Loved the location in Hongdae, breakfast was great, staff was very nice, best way to describe how to get to....make sure you get out of EXIT 3 of Hongik University Station and just walk STRAIGHT in the middle of the PARK that separates the ongoing lanes. Once outside exit 3 and you walk straight the first street on the left in which you can turn left will be a MONEYBOX (good for exchanging money) but just walk STRAIGHT....you'll come to a main street (mural on your left side across the street and on your right side, your side a 7-11) just walk straight still......keep walking straight until you pass a GS25 convenience store and the next right you can take....is this guesthouse. Rooms were perfect size. Great place.
Nothing. Nice place to stay in Hongdae and coming from the Gimpo airport just take the AREX ALL STOPS train and get off at HONGIK UNIVERSITY stop and get out EXIT 3 and walk straight. You'll be in the right direction.

The highlights of this booking were (1) The very friendly staff always greeting us with a smile, and (2) the daily Korean homemade breakfasts (instead of the usual buffet breakfasts). The guesthouse is located away from the main Hongdae area (10mins walk) and therefore had a great balance of bustle with peaceful and chill vibes. We enjoyed our stay a lot!
We felt that the room was actually smaller than it looked in the photos! There was hardly any space to open our luggages.

Stayed here six nights and loved it! The breakfast was a different set meal each morning, and every day was DELICIOUS. Best hostel breakfast I've ever had. Super friendly staff. Clean and quiet private room with private bathroom. I really liked the location in Hongdae in western Seoul - right off the cute Gyeongui Line Forest Park (almost like NYC's High Line) and close to so many cool cafes/restaurants in the area. About 5-7 min walk to the subway and about 15 min walk from clubby Hongdae Street (if you're into that). One might prefer to stay more centrally in Seoul to explore (i.e. Myeongdong), but this area's vibe was way cooler in my opinion, so the extra commuting time was 100% worth it.

The property sits off a side street right nearby a really nice river walk in the Mapo-gu Hongdae area. It’s only a few minutes walk to Hongik Uni Station. The room is quaint and small but clean. The different traditional Korean breakfasts are absolutely delicious! They also have a way to get inside after hours if you’re arriving in the middle of the night like I did.

Friendly stuff, great breakfasts, very conveniently located (10min to main bus stops or subway connected directly to airport; 1min to GS25 or CU stores). Despite the fact that the room was pretty small (but good enough to get some rest or sleep between trips or sightseeing - btw the host informed us about the room size beforehand), we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The place was really value for money. It came with delicious breakfast. We enjoyed them every morning. Staffs were nice and spoke English (even Thai) really well. Location is also great. Definitely will come back.

Great location near a beautiful park, huge shopping centre and the subway. The breakfast was extremely filling and very tasty!
For two people there could be two bottles of shampoo and shower gel - we were constantly running out of it and had to ask for more. They do offer it for free, but would be nice to not have to ask for it in case we're two people staying for 3+ days :)
