We loved this location. It's very close to 3 subway lines that make the navigation of the city a breeze. We also loved how accommodating the staff were!

The location was ideal, enabling us to walk to numerous shops and restaurants. The hotel shares a building with a cafe and a high-quality restaurant, adding to its convenience. Our apartment comfortably accommodated the four of us, featuring a practical kitchen and all necessary essentials. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were helpful. They also offer a children's room, which was convenient for our little one to play in. Additionally, there is a pool, gym, and a hotel breakfast restaurant. I would recommend this place for its amenities, comfort, and excellent location.

· Large room with a living room and kitchen-also an electric kettle included which made a simple instant coffee very doable. Comfortable bed. The hotel location was excellent - close enough to walk to two different subway stations, multiple palaces, a shrine or two, and the Bukhon Hanok Village--the Insadong Culture street is right there as well as the Ikseon neighborhood. We walked to the Gwangjang street market one day and another night walked home from Myedong area because the lights were glowing and the walk home had a fun and festive feel with lots to see (though a bit on the longer side - like 30 min or so). The hotel is tall, as well, and therefore often viewable as a landmark to aim for when walking home. It is also only 1-2 blocks from multiple restaurants, including numerous Korean BBQ spots where many locals were eating. The location was perfect for our first time to Seoul.
Disliked · No extra blankets or pillows in the room. Only 1 roll of Toilet Paper for a 3 night/4 day stay - a little tight the last night :) (we would have requested more if we had a longer stay) A dishtowel or roll of paper towels for the kitchen would have been a plus.

Little far away from airport bus stop. Cobbler stone is not easy push luggage. A short walk to subway.

The location and staff were very good. The unit was quite spacious and the bathrooms were nice.
The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. The sofa and chair in the living room were also very hard and uncomfortable. There were only ceiling lights in the living room and they were incredibly bright. Even worse we could not turn the brightest set off because they were connected to the switch that turned the power off to the whole unit.

Only the location and baggage storage system.
We stayed from 8th-10th Oct. And there were 6 nails sticking outside of the room entrance. Right in the middle of the transition of wooden floor to carpet floor. We immediately calles the front desk and to fix it and asked for a compensation. Nothing. Zero. We even had a kid who might have stepped and injured. When a technician came to fix, there was no staff to attend and investigate. They only apologized and that was it. This kind of customer service was appalling and will never visit again for sure.

Very Good
Location is great. Near lots of restaurants, shops, and three subway lines. Having a kitchen and washer was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable.
No real complaints. The room is a bit sparse but has tons of storage and floor space.

Great location, central to all main tourist attractions. We didn't do the breakfast with Orakai so cannot comment on it but there were so many wonderful restaurants and food stalls just around the hotel.
Only complain we had is with other guest at the hotel who were absolutely rude and disturbance. We had family staying below our floor who were screaming and cursing throughout the night for multiple nights and it took multiple complaints to the hotel staff before any remedies were made.
