Disappointing
Staff was flexible and understandable.
The room was not as it was in the photo, and there was AC working which caused air circulation lack. When we open the window during night for air circulation, the noise was too much (drunk man shouting, car sounds in the morning etc...)

The location was a 10-minute walk from the station and the staff were super nice.
Walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors but not enough to not stay there again.

It's a bit strange that the TV is placed parallel to the bed, so you have to look at it sideways to watch it.

Clean, extremely comfortable bed, great location, daily towel service, daily cleaning, daily water bottles, shower gel, fridge and freezer, washing machine with detergent provided by the front desk along with drying rack, umbrellas for when it rains, secure luggage service, scale to weigh your bags, taxi requests, kids playground just outside, close to all public transport and shopping in Myeongdong. Found Signature Gym which has daily passes for KRW22K which is a 15min walk from the hotel. I had a wonderful stay while visiting Seoul with my family to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday.
Shower curtain a little flimsy but a minor inconvenience.

Wonderful
Location was fairly well sited with multiple transit options and lines covering the area within short walks. Convenience stores are around the area too. Nice view of Seoul tower as well. The opp park allows fpr 'space' either for views or morning air.
Room was a bit small for long stays. Can be a bit cramped with luggage and all. Some areas have air leakages allowing for some cold air to come in. Probably due to passive ventilation or air pressure. But room temperature is still well managed by the heating system. Shower curtain placement was a bit close for comfort.

I love that there is a washing machine in my room which is convenient. Overall, the room is clean. I just wish we have the option to open the air conditioning because it was hot in the middle of the night, even on winter.
I understand that it is winter, but I wish there was option to open the air conditioning because I woke up in the middle of the night sweating.

The room was clean and regularly maintained, the staff was friendly and answered all questions. The location was excellent. The view from the window was superb.

The building was nice, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the free use of washing machine, clothes rack and detergent was a big plus in our 1 week stay. Our room came with a full size fridge and a stunning view of the small park in front of the hotel.
The location is about a 7-10 mins. walk from the bus or metro station, I don’t mind it but when you’re coming from a full day of shopping and walking, you really feel that distance but on the plus side it’s within walking distance of about 3 metro stations and 2 olive young stores.

Location is very good, near bus station and train station. Limousine airport bus also stop near the hotel. Lots of stores and cafe / food market surrounding the hotel. Room was good and clean !! Superb !!

Excellent location! Close to multiple subway stations so I could get to most of the places easily. The photos may look photoshopped and I was a bit worried about this when booking the place, but the actual room looks quite similar and only the window view is photoshopped, I think. The room was very clean (which is actually kind of rare for cheap Korean hotels) and AC/heating were spot on. The neighborhood is safe at night so I had no trouble walking back to the hotel at all times. The people at the concierge were super friendly and helpful, too! Overall I would stay here again when I visit Seoul. Free shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh clean towels everyday. The room also has enough space to lay out my luggage, and has a hanging rack so I could hang my coats etc. There's also a fridge and freezer!
The machine washer inside the room is kind of small. But there are several coin laundry shops nearby! And a small washer is better than nothing.

Hotel is located in a nice and quiet area and only a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The room includes a washer and dryer combination, heated floors, and all the necessary amenities. I enjoyed my stay and had no issues during my duration at the hotel.

The room and the bathroom was bigger than i thought, Everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable!
the staff were so nice, friendly and very helpful:) made my stay better, felt safe:)
location was inside a street which i thought will be on the main street but its 2 minutes away from it so it felt ok walking there alone at night.
Overall a really nice place and will come back again next time i go to korea:)!
