A well-situated guesthouse in Hongdae that had everything I needed for my short stay in Seoul. Of particular note, the host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would certainly return here again in the future.

I stayed here for five nights. My room was on the third floor. There’s a shared kitchen and dining area, and everything was super clean. At first, it felt a bit far from the subway, but once I got used to it, the walk was actually really easy. What I loved most was how clean the place was. If I come back to Korea, I’d totally stay here again.

It's the third time I stay here.
I kinda like it. That's why I always book this guesthouse everytime I stay at Hongdae area.
There is no bidet.
Fortunately the toilet is in the same room with shower. Alternatively, you can bring wet tissue.

I like the place and the room which it's really clean and comfy. Although the toilet have to use with others but it's stay clean. I like the host which they are really nice person and willing to help upon your request.

Sparkling clean , near to SUBWAY exit 2, you can reach a lot of cafe, resto, shooping, coffee and garden as wall . We are happy since day 1 and will come back again for next trip in korea …

There is a CCTV in the hallway, so it looks safe, the bathhouse is clean, and the blanket is clean and cozy. It's a cost-effective guesthouse.

I liked the location, cleanliness of the property, free toothpaste, and a water dispenser
Booking this accommodation was a huge mistake. If you are hoping to catch some sleep while staying here, forget about it. There are people running around the house and the floor, and you are at the mercy of their manners and level of respect they bring. There is zero privacy in this place. The walls are paper thin, but there is a CCTV camera pointing right at you the moment you leave your room. The staff are completely useless - you can complain about the room and instead of offering you a different room, they will give you Korean candy. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, be prepared to drag those bags through a medieval style staircase. The room itself is slightly smaller than a prison cell. I am trying to find a justification for booking here, but knowing the abundance of cheap motels near Sinchon and Hongdae, i realized what a ridiculous decision was to book a stay here.

Great place to stay, very close to the station (you can the Airport Express [AREX] train from there to the airport, it's way cheaper than the bus shuttle) and clean rooms and amenities. It is surrounded by lots of restaurants, shops and main places to see of Hongdae.

The location of the facility was perfect! Everything was so clean, cozy, and modern. They have everything we needed and more than we expected. I wish we could have stayed longer.
The owners especially the auntie who owns it, is very kind and showed us genuine Korean hospitality.
