Perfect location , excellent size room , every i needed for my long over 30 dats in the hotel and well stay another 30 days . All the staff have been first class

Location is really great with everything needed at the doorstep. There's a movie theater across the street and multiple delicious bakeries and restaurants across the street and all around.
In the kitchen there were no utensils or plates or bowls available. What's the point of having a kitchen without any of that.

Clean, has all you need including in room washing machine, neighborhood has restaurants, grocery stores, and is very near metro.
It takes 30-60 minutes on metro to get to most interesting sights. Hotel is a little dated but still very nice.

The reception staff were super nice, polite and helpful. The location is 10/10: Balsan metro station, bus stops - everything is literally 1 minute walk away, lots of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants of all kinds are near too.
Overall, it was a nice stay in Seoul.
The sound insulation could be much better - it seemed like there were no soundproofing at all. Combined with noisy neighbors sometimes it made our stay not too comfortable.

Location was short walking distance to great restaurants that stayed open till 2:00AM. Across the street was the fabulous Tous Les Jours bakery for delicious breakfast pastries and desserts. Subway entrance 2 min walk. Our executive suite was very clean and spacious and well lit , large bathroom, mini fridge that was stocked with free bottles of water daily. Also a filtered water dispenser to refill bottles as needed. Plenty of closet space and drawers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Gimpo airport a short taxi ride, which I feel is a better choice to fly in and out of versus an hour train ride from ICN.
The room needs more power outlets. Bring a long 4 -6 ft charging cable. It would be nice to have a magnifying wall mirror in the bathroom.

It was just one night but I think it’s a decent hotel. I booked a suite for 3 and it was big with a living room and 2 TVs. I had a short walk in the neighbourhood and you have everything around you. Restaurants, grocery shops, malls, massage parlours, etc
The Ac was not working and it was a warm night.

It’s in a great location, especially if you are travelling from Gimpo! But apart from that, getting into the city is fairly easy as well! Metro station is close by and also for ubering into the city, this is your place to go. Good amenities, great shower, comfortable bed and very good value for money.
Even with A/C on, it got quite warm during the night! Apart from that, nothing I did not like.

Such a spacious and clean room We got the deluxe room and was amazing. Had stove top, fridge, bath, dining area, own washing machine etc. Super central, close to everything including transport stops, shops etc Staff were super friendily and helpful. Has a seven 11 on the 2nd floor which was sooo handy. Literally couple short blocks away is an amazing 9 storied shopping mall with soo many shops and bargains.

The location was an easy walk from the train. The room was huge and clean. The room was also quiet and dark making it easy to sleep.
