Wonderful
To begin with, it was the first hotel I stayed at on my first trip to Seoul. So; home away from home. In terms of what I like about it, if you’re looking for this kind of hotel then this hotel has everything you would want and expect.
I can’t think of anything that wouldn’t be nitpicking.

Location very convenient
Room at main tower in need of renovation, especially the bathroom. Water is always leaking out of the shower area during bath. Need extra towels to mop up the puddles of water.

All employees give excellent service. Beautiful hotel. Location is great. Free shuttle to Insadong and namdaemun. Food court and market in the basement

Our room was unexpectedly upgraded to a jr suite, and it was an incredible accommodation. The suite was beautifully appointed with many luxurious features, and lighting throughout was one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Staff were all extremely professional, courteous and helpful. Amenities were equally luxurious and plentiful. The 3 floors of Duty Free shopping above the hotel, and amazing Food Court below were conveniences we enjoyed throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others, and would choose to stay there again in the future.
Help with calling for a taxi could be improved upon. When we asked, we were advised to take the subway or bus or to book a taxi ourselves.
