The hotel has a good location, great for shopping, food and other entertainment.
We stayed in L7 Myeondong many times so we expected to be placed in a higher floor with a better view but it didn't seem like the case. We think long time customers should receive atleast some privileges. Next time we stay in L7, we would really want to stay in a room at a higher floor with a better view because in myeondong, lower floors are very noisy and you cannot rest well.

The beds were comfortable and the signage and welcoming cards were helpful. The coffee was delicious. The lotion was nice too.
The foot spa wasn’t open around 8 pm on October 29 and what to expect wasn’t easy to understand.

The location of the hotel was ideal and was right next to myeongdong station. Walkable distance to myeongdong night market which was so convenient yet far enough to not hear any noise from the streets. The best thing about the hotel was the room and the cleaning which was done attentively and promptly. Highly appreciate that it is done on a daily basis with great efficiency. Also, the airport bus is just a few steps away which makes it a breeze when going back to the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in myeongdong!
The breakfast had a good spread but could have more options for the price paid. Lifts were quite slow.

I loved that the location of the hotel is in walking proximity of a lot of things. The Myeongdong outdoor shopping market, food, train station, etc.
The only thing I didn't like is the second room we stayed in the bed was so low to the floor. It was hard for me to get up and down

The hotel is located in the heart of Myeongdong. Great location and access to lots of shopping and restaurants!
There is only one elevator to the rooftop restaurant and laundry facility on the basement level. I used the laundry facility and it took almost 10 minutes for the elevator to be called down to the basement level. This is not efficient. The staircase access required a code to unlock the door.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Metro access was very close by and easy to use. We also used buses a lot. The hotel staff were very nice and the bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of activities and restaurants nearby.
No sofa or other seating in the room. We could only sit on the bed which was on the floor so not ideal if you any mobility issues. We didn’t have any trouble but we did miss having dedicated seating.

Perfectly located! Just a few steps from the airport bus terminal and right near Myeongdong’s famous street food, convenience stores, and the subway—everything you need is within reach. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade featuring a stunning view of Namsan Tower. The lady at the front desk was not only kind and accommodating, but also genuinely lovely. And the cleaning lady speaks mandarin.
The air conditioning wasn’t quite cold enough, and the room only had a cooler instead of a proper refrigerator—our ice cream ended up melting.
