Its in a good location. There are some restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. It was nice to have my own bathroom which is uncommon in a guesthouse.
The bed was a bit stiff and the windows are thin so at night on a weekend its a little loud from outside.

The price was very low.
The facility was a bit of a shock to me. The beds had no sheets. The bad room tiles were repaired with tape. There was also a mosquito in my room and I got multiple bites.

Near to all public transportations and there’s a market and lotte supermarket nearby.

The staff is friendly, has free breakfast, clean, and the best thing is that each room has its own toilet, which is hard to find in other accommodations at reasonable rate. The location is surrounded with restaurants, some of which are open 24 hours.
The lack of bidet in the toilet since I prefer water over tissue ?. The place is quite far from the center but the good thing is that they have good means of transportation.

Good location.
Breakfast only bread with jam, corn flakes with milk. And juice or coffee. You cannot eat it for 9 day's, please do some other options. You can get better options with better price. For 9 days, no cleaning in the room.

Lots of food options nearby. Great public transport. Owner was very nice and the place had a great vibe. Breakfast was simple and really appreciated. Rooms were basic and clean. Great value for money. We were only in Seoul for 3 days and worried a bit about being outside the tourist zone but actually ended up enjoying it more. We felt it was easy enough to get around to the main sights and nice to escape to a less touristy area and experience a different side to Seoul.

nice clean place with a bed, toilet, shower, and even a small refrigerator. would definitely stay again if I need to visit that area.
would be nice to buy or rent from the front desk an adapter for the electricity outlet
