Perfect for us. Good location and stuffs were very nice.
99% was perfect and satisfied except bathroom didn’t have bright light for make up and I wish they had magnifying glass in bathroom. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Very nice hotel attached to a huge department store which makes it even more convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Location was a bit far from major sites in Seoul (i.e., nothing is located within walking distance except the department store it’s connected to) which meant we had to rely excessively on Uber. Although to be fair this might be true for a lot of nice hotels in Seoul considering how the city’s attractions are spread out.

The self parking was at time hard to find a spot. The area is super busy.

Wonderful
The hotel is very comfortable and beautiful, with spacious rooms. There is a large Starbucks next to it, along with a supermarket and several cafés. The staff is extremely friendly, and the food at the restaurant is diverse and delicious. They pay attention to the smallest details to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast buffet same each day. Food refill a bit slow. Charged for extra person for the room, but can only set up bedding on the day bed which is way too small! No rollaway bed available.

The hotel is ideally located right at the express bus terminal, surrounded by a variety of restaurants. Additionally, it is conveniently connected to the Shinsegae Department Store, offering even more dining & shopping options. The location truly stands out for its excellent food choices and for good transportation connections. Furthermore, the gym is among the best I have ever experienced.
If you take a taxi, you'll arrive directly at the hotel's main entrance. However, using other transportation options will require navigating through the large department store. Access to the pool is limited due to cleaning and staff break times, and it's primarily reserved for members, not hotel guests.
