I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights during my visit to Korea. The property is beautiful, modern, and elegantly designed, and the location is truly exceptional. One of the highlights of my stay was discovering — quite by accident — that the New Year’s fireworks took place right in front of the hotel, which was a wonderful and memorable surprise.
there were a few service details that did not align with the expectations of a luxury stay.
As a first-time guest, I was not informed that the mall is directly connected beneath the hotel. This is a significant convenience and would have greatly enhanced the experience if it had been explained clearly at check-in.
Housekeeping was also inconsistent. During my 11-night stay, there were several occasions where I returned to the room to find that tea mugs had not been washed. Daily and thorough cleaning is a basic expectation, particularly for longer stays, and should be delivered consistently rather than intermittently.
In addition, my airport pickup experience was disappointing. I booked the hotel car after being assured it could accommodate up to five passengers with luggage. We were only two guests with three suitcases and two carry-ons, yet the vehicle was not suitable, requiring us to sit uncomfortably beside the luggage during the one-hour drive from Incheon Airport. After an eight-hour flight, this was far from ideal, and the lack of assistance or adjustment from the driver made the experience even less comfortable.

I liked everything about the property. How it’s connected to the coex mall. How spacious the rooms are, how fully equipped the gym was, and just everything about it.
Got a little lost in the coex mall looking for the hotel in the beginning when I took the airport limousine bus. Then that’s pretty much it.

Great location for my meetings. Hotel was recently renovated so spaces are clean and beautiful. My room was spacious and very comfy. Seoul was very cold when I visited and I really appreciated being able to navigate to the mall and numerous restaurants without having to go outside.
I had access to the Club lounge, which I look forward to stopping by before heading out to dinner. However, this lounge got so crowded you needed to make reservations and the line wrapped around the hallway. I never got to enjoy in the evening. Breakfast time and the afternoon was not a problem.

Your host named JOY were welcoming each morning. Spread across breakfast were amazing.
The gentleman staff at checkin counter, pleasant and and welcoming.
Room cleaned and tidy each day, thanks to house keeping.
Concierge, helpfull with query to mapping locations.
Sorry to say, one particular staff on small desk next to lifts, not very helpfull.

Excellent breakfast buffet.
The room was confortable and practical, with a small desk to work at.
Location was very convenient with nearby metro station and bus lines, a shopping mall with food court and a neighbourhood with more "local" bars and restaurants.
Nothing important really.
The view from the 6th floor was not great but it does not really matter.
