Very Good
Large bathtub in the room -- however, the drain stopper did not function properly, making it very awkward to enjoy the bath I took.
The staff's English could have been ever so slightly more proficient.

I usually stay in Gangnam when I come to Seoul so this location is perfect since it’s 2 blocks from the 2 train. Plus there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The staff was polite as well.
A few things were off about the stay:
1. I booked a balcony room and there are no balconies here. After walking around the property it’s obvious that there are no balconies so I’m not sure why that option is listed here. They did give me a deluxe room — and it was nice — but it wasn’t as described on Booking.
2. I’m not sure if it was just because of Covid, but you had to expressly request your room to be cleaned otherwise they won’t.

Wonderful
When I checked in originally, the room I recieved upon check in was not cleaned & had two beds. I went to the front desk & asked for a room change & they obliged. The 2nd room was better & cleaner. Staff was very nice.

Wonderful
Clean, modern, spacious, safe, and friendly. Heated floor, heated bidet seat, ambient lightings, laptop in room, in wall USB outlets, multi adaptable wall outlets, comfortable bed. Bonus! Restaurants fared by locals literally around the corner.
TV remote, phone, bidet control all in Korean only. I actually had to figure out where to press to flush the toilet. Air/heat vent was dusty. Caulking around bathroom fixtures coming off.
